Für ein international erfolgreiches Unternehmen im Spezialmaschinenbau suchen wir einen erfahrenen Head of Security & Compliance (GRC) (m/w/d) . In dieser strategisch wichtigen Führungsrolle verantworten Sie die globale Informationssicherheit sowie Governance-, Risk- und Compliance-Themen. Sie führen drei Teams mit insgesamt rund 40 Mitarbeitenden und arbeiten eng mit dem C-Level-Management zusammen. Aufgaben Sie verantworten die strategische Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung der globalen Security- und Compliance-Organisation Das Information Security Management System (ISMS) sowie das unternehmensweite Risikomanagement liegen in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich Globale Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Standards und Governance-Prozesse werden von Ihnen entwickelt, implementiert und nachhaltig überwach
