In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie Governance, Transparenz und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Serviceportfolios in einer komplexen Multi-Provider-Umgebung. Aufgaben Weiterentwicklung und Governance des IT Service Portfolio Management Prozesses Definition verbindlicher Standards für Servicebeschreibungen, SLAs, KPIs und Reporting Steuerung von Reviews sowie Entscheidungsprozessen für neue oder geänderte IT-Services Unterstützung von Service Managern über den gesamten Service-Lifecycle hinweg Enge Abstimmung mit internen Einheiten und externen Dienstleistern (SIAM-Umfeld) Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Service Management, idealerweise im Service Portfolio Management Sehr gutes Verständn
