Gestalten Sie Projekte ganzheitlich – von der Akquise bis zum Abschluss. In dieser Rolle verbinden Sie Technik, Wirtschaft und Vertragsmanagement und übernehmen eine zentrale Funktion in der erfolgreichen Steuerung unserer Projekte. Sie arbeiten eng mit Projektleitung und Management zusammen und entwickeln sich – je nach Erfahrung – Schritt für Schritt oder direkt zu einer wichtigen Schnittstelle im Unternehmen. Aufgaben Unterstützung der fachlichen Projektleitung bei Angebotserstellung, Kalkulation und Vertragsprüfung (HOAI, VOB, BGB) Mitwirkung bei Vertragsgestaltung und Vertragsverhandlungen Projektcontrolling (Kosten, Stunden, Leistungsfortschritt) auf Projekt- und Teamebene Unterstützung im Nachtrags- und Claimmanagement Nachkalkulation und kaufmännische Projektauswertung Qualifikatio
