Über uns Die Trigon Unternehmensgruppe ist ein etabliertes Berliner Immobilienunternehmen mit Fokus auf die Entwicklung, Verwaltung und Vermietung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien. Der Bestand umfasst rund 4.000 Wohn- und 300 Gewerbeeinheiten sowie Stellplätze. Aufgaben Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an Gebäuden und Außenanlagen Erstellung und Prüfung von Angeboten sowie Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen Pflege und Aktualisierung von Bestands- und Baudaten Überwachung der Auftragsrealisierung, Budgetkontrolle und Abrechnung von Bau- und Instandhaltungsprojekten Kontrolle und Prüfung von Wartungs- und Serviceverträgen im Rahmen des Gebäudemanagements Sicherstellung der Verkehrssicherungspflichten für Gebäude und Anlagen Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Statis
