The Story
Nui Foods began life as Keto Kookie, until the company’s founders, Kristoffer Quiaoit and Victor Macias, realized that the name was limiting their product’s appeal as well as depriving many folks of a healthy snack jam-packed with flavor. They renamed the company Nui Foods—nui means “greatness and abundance” and, fittingly, rhymes with “gooey” and “chewy.”
