Echo Canyon side, headlamp required Apr–Oct. Pace fast enough to beat the heat.

Meet Rodeo Beach 8am. Easy regroups, dogs welcome on the 6-mile.

Meet Ponce City Market entrance 6:30pm. Run, walk-run, walk — all good.

Mercury class boats, Mon/Wed 6pm. Members only, but visitors welcome to ride along once.

Meet base 6pm Tuesdays Apr-Oct. We regroup at the quarter marks. Tram down together.

Meet Shelly Beach end 5:45am. Mixed level, soft tops fine. Coffee at North Steyne after.

Meet Seabrook 6am. We share live bait, swap spots. Bring sunscreen + your own license.

6-12 of us, age 30s-50s, mostly women. Coffee + the new release, then dinner if folks want. Newcomers welcome.
