Fax FAQ

Common questions about pricing, file types, supported countries, security, and what happens if a fax fails.

Do I need an account?
No. Wikishopline Fax is pay-as-you-go with no signup. You pay $2 per send via PayPal at the moment you send a fax, and we charge your card only if the fax sends successfully.
What file types can I upload?
PDF, PNG, and JPG are supported. Maximum file size is 20 MB. You can send up to 10 pages plus 1 optional cover page (11 pages total).
What countries can I fax to?
We deliver to 50+ countries across North America, Europe, Asia, South America, Oceania, and Africa. The full list — grouped by region — is on the home page sidebar.
What happens if my fax fails to send?
Your card is never charged. We place a pre-authorization hold via PayPal when you submit; if the fax fails, the hold is automatically voided. Depending on your bank, the pending hold disappears within 1 to 7 days.
How long until my fax is delivered?
Within seconds for most North American numbers. International numbers can take longer depending on the receiving fax line. Most faxes complete in under one minute, and you'll see a "Sent" confirmation as soon as delivery succeeds.
Is my document secure?
Yes. Documents are encrypted in transit to our delivery partner and automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of a successful send. We never share document contents, fax numbers, or personal details with third parties.

Ready to send?
