These relationships also give you intelligence — what's working for similar businesses, what's coming in the market, where the gaps are. Online isolation is an inefficiency.

The bottom line

A strong internet marketing foundation is: analytics you actually read, a site you can manage yourself, writing that builds trust, and professional connections that bring opportunities you couldn't plan for.
